Submitted by David on July 22, 2008 - 9:14am.One of the first challenges I faced was the problem of warmth. Of course, in one sense, that’s the whole point of a greenhouse: to capture the light yet insure the temperature does not fall too low.
Greenhouse greenhorn: #2, Setting the Scene
Submitted by David William House on April 28, 2008 - 2:59pm.Out here in the country folks are a little different than in many cities. It's always been a great place to raise kids.
Greenhouse greenhorn: #1, Introduction
Submitted by David William House on April 28, 2008 - 1:53pm.This year, 2008 Gregorian, will be my first full-time year as an organic farmer. I have had an interest in agriculture and ecology for more than 30 years, having established "earthmind", a non-profit dedicated to education and research in those areas, and written two books about alternative energy. (See www.completebiogas.com for information on one of the books.)
